The Recital at Warbler's Nest is one of the most charming shrine quests in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Completing this quest requires Link to reunite five young Rito sisters so they can perform a musical piece together at Warbler's Nest. Unlocking the hidden Voo Lota Shrine rewards players with a Spirit Orb and valuable treasures inside.

Unlocking the Recital at Warbler's Nest Quest

To begin this side quest, you must first complete the Divine Beast Vah Medoh main story quest in Rito Village. Afterwards, speak with Amali near the village landing pad, who expresses concern about her missing daughter, Kheel. Head over to Warbler's Nest, located west of Rito Village, to meet Kheel and officially trigger the quest line.

Kheel explains that she wants to practice a song with her four sisters, but they are all scattered around the village gathering ingredients for Salmon Meuniere. You must locate all four sisters and help them finish their preparation before the recital can begin.

Finding the Five Rito Sisters in Rito Village

Finding each sister involves exploring key points within Rito Village to fulfill their individual needs. Notts is singing on a high rock ledge above the village, where you simply need to speak with her to send her on her way. Genli is waiting near the kitchen, but she refuses to sing until she receives her favorite dish.

To prepare the dish, find Cree at the general store to receive Goat Butter, and gather Hearty Salmon and Tabantha Wheat from Kotts near the village pond. Once you cook Hearty Salmon Meuniere at a cooking pot and present it to Genli, all five sisters will finally assemble at the shrine grounds.

Solving the Musical Puzzle at Warbler's Nest

Travel back to Warbler's Nest, where the five sisters stand ready in front of five mysterious stone pedestals. Each pedestal features distinct finger-like structures corresponding to numbers one through five. Listen carefully as the sisters sing their musical notes, which indicate the precise order in which the pedestals must be activated.

Equip a Korok Leaf to blow a gust of wind through the stone pillars in the exact sequence sung by the sisters. The correct sequence is four, five, one, two, and three, matching the notes from lowest to highest pitch. Successfully playing the tune triggers the ancient mechanism and reveals the hidden entrance from the ground.

Completing the Voo Lota Shrine Solution

Inside the Voo Lota Shrine, you face a trial known as Whirly Wind that tests your paraglider navigation skills. Step on the floor switch to drop a massive wooden block, then ride the powerful updrafts across the abyss using your paraglider. Time your glides carefully to avoid flying hazards while maintaining forward momentum toward the upper platform.

Near the top, utilize the final air current to reach a hidden treasure chest containing a Small Key needed to unlock the monk's door. Open the locked entrance, interact with the monk Voo Lota, and collect your Spirit Orb to officially complete the quest.
